1.Commonly used paper packaging materials Single powder (single coated paper)
Commonly used carton material, the thickness of the paper from 80g to 400g thickness, higher thickness to two pieces of mounting.
One side of the paper is bright, the other is matte, only the smooth surface can be printed.
No restrictions on printing color.
Double copper paper

Both sides are smooth and can be printed on both sides.
The biggest difference with single powder paper is that it can be printed on both sides.
Corrugated paper
Commonly used are single corrugated and double corrugated paper.
Light weight, good structural performance, strong bearing capacity, moisture-proof.
Can achieve a variety of color printing, but the effect is not as good as single powder and double copper.
Cardboard
It is often used to make gift box structure with a layer of single powder paper or special paper mounted on the surface.
Commonly used colors are black, white, gray, yellow, thickness according to the need to choose load-bearing.
If mounted is single powder, the printing process is the same as that of single powder; If special paper, most can only be hot stamping, some can realize simple printing.
Specialty paper
There are many kinds of special paper, the commonly used packaging materials are: embossed paper, patterned paper, gold and silver foil, etc.
These papers are specially treated to enhance the texture and grade of the packaging.
Embossed paper and patterned paper can not be printed, gold paper can be four-color printing.
2.Commonly used printing process Four-color printing
Four colors: green (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), black (K), all colors can be mixed by these four kinds of ink, the final realization of color graphics.

Spot color refers to the use of a specific ink to print the color during the printing process. There are many spot colors, commonly used is gold, silver, you can refer to the Pantone color card, but spot color can not achieve gradual printing.
Lamination
After printing, there are two kinds of transparent plastic film pasted on the surface of the printed matter: light film and subfilm, which can protect and increase the luster, and increase the hardness and tensile properties of the paper.
UV printing
The highlighted parts of the printed matter need to be partially varnished and brightened, so that the local pattern has a more three-dimensional effect.
Hot stamping
Hot stamping is to use the principle of hot pressing to form a special metallic luster effect on the surface of printed matter. Hot stamping can only be monochrome.
Embossing
Using a group of graphic Yin and Yang corresponding concave template and convex template, the substrate is placed in it, by applying pressure to produce a relief effect of concave and convex. Various thickness of paper can be, cardboard can not hit convex.
